JOHN DE LA TORRE
John is a founding member of Bolton & Co and has an extensive history in the finance sector and business establishment and management. For nearly 20 years John has owned and managed various enterprises in Canberra. John established The Home Loan Centre, which won Mortgage Broker of the Year on 5 occasions. John also established Conveyancing Canberra, a well-respected conveyancing firm.
John is qualified in many areas including Law, Accounting and Real Estate. John’s role is to oversee the management and strategic direction of Bolton & Co.
SENIOR SALES ASSOCIATE
David Whittem has long served the Canberra community and has built a reputation founded on robust ethics and integrity. He is a seasoned property consultant with nearly 4 decades of experience. As an accomplished auctioneer, project marketer, property manager and real estate agent, David’s understanding of the ACT market’s dynamics is well proven.
David is an enthusiastic member of the community and balances his love of real estate with his support of Rotary, overseas missions, rural pursuits and classic cars.
Katie returned to Canberra in 2016 after spending several years in rural NSW. Her previous experience working in a customer service environment has given her an efficient and confident attitude towards her work.
In her spare time Katie enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, gardening, and walking with the dogs.
Jenna is a local recruit at Bolton & Co, having lived in Canberra all her life. With a background in customer service, she strives to build strong relationships with her clients through a focus on communication.
In her spare time Jenna enjoys focusing on personal fitness and self improvement.
Hannah joins us after several years in retail management. She has an impeccable memory for small details, and uses this to give all of our clients the best possible experience.
Hannah enjoys 4-wheel driving, camping, and spending time in the great outdoors.
Alexis moved to Canberra from Sydney in 2019. Holding a postgraduate degree in accounting, she has worked in the field for 15 years. Alexis is well known for her patience with others, and her keen attention to detail makes her a valuable asset to the company.
Alexis loves to spend her evenings cooking and exploring the local restaurant scene, as well as relaxing in front of a good movie.
Catherine moved to Canberra in 2018 from China, where she studied postgraduate accounting. She prides herself on her problem solving capabilities and her friendly nature. Catherine is also skilled in languages, speaking both English and Mandarin.
Catherine loves animals, and likes to spend her time shopping, watching movies, and making new friends.
Sarah is a Canberra native who has been with Bolton & Co and associated companies since 2012. She holds qualifications in both graphic design and real estate. Sarah is a multi-skilled professional whom clients may encounter when interacting with various areas of the business.
In her free time Sarah enjoys crafting and getting out and about with her kids.
