Bolton & Co is a locally owned and operated boutique agency specialising in property management. We are looking at developing a network of local referral partners, with the goal of bringing on new clients and supporting other local business owners who have been hit hard by the pandemic.

We would like to offer a select group of local small businesses the opportunity to leverage the relationships they have developed with their clients to earn supplementary income. We are offering $500 for each new client that signs up to our property management services that has been referred by one of our referral partners. This will come in the form of a $200 upfront payment, and a residual $300 once the referred client has been with Bolton & Co for a 3 month period.
