Bolton & Co will support you in managing your investment by minimising your risk and maximising your value. We aim to reduce your exposure to legislative liability, prescriptive obligations and vacancy through the provision of guidance, advice and the daily management of your investment property.
Bolton & Co also offers a boutique sales service to assist you in optimising your property investment.

- Listing and letting of your property (including advertising, showing, application processing and tenancy documentation)
- Incoming condition reports
- Regular documented inspections throughout a property tenancy
- Arrears maintenance and control
- Financial year account summaries
- Manage smoke alarm compliance
- Preparation of, and representation in ACAT matters
- Maintenance identification, documentation, management and payment using our strictly managed list of trades and suppliers
- Payment of property taxes and invoices on your behalf
- Twice monthly distribution of income (monthly is also available if preferred)
